Welcome to JAGERS DANCE
Meet the Team
Co founders and principal teachers Ronald Jager and Jenny Sheeran

Several times Dutch champions at all levels, winners of the following prestigious Championships:

North of England
Allied
Staffordshire
Lancashire and Cheshire

Reaching the Top 3 in the UK and Top 24 in all Grand Slam Championships (International, Open British, UK and US Open).

Ronald (Gorinchem, Netherlands) and Jenny (Oldham, United Kingdom) formed their partnership in 1999 and rose rapidly in the dance ranking charts during the next 18 months. As well as winning different championships, requests for demonstrations and exhibition performances came rapidly for this charismatic couple, giving them the opportunity to teach and compete all over the world.

In 2003 they retired from professional competitions to primarily concentrate on teaching, which today is still their first love and priority. They are greatly in demand for adjudicating and lecturing both nationally and internationally and their events continue to attract dancers from all over Great Britain.

TV and Film credits are:
Touch of Frost
The Last Detective
British Tourist Board Commercial (shown worldwide).

Today, Jagers Dance is widely known as a successful and prolific school in Great Britian, specialising in teaching absolute beginners through to international competitors for those who want to take it further.

The Rest of The Team are…

Stephen Griffiths and Kathryn Johns

We taught  Stephen & Kathryn for 5 years and their progress was exceptional.
They  worked their way through all levels and won many championships. They were finalists in ‘Champions of Tomorrow’ and the highlight of
their career was being finalists in the British Senior 2 Ballroom Championships 2007 at the Wintergardens in Blackpool.

They retired from the competition floor early 2008 and started assisting in the school.
Their talent and love for dance was so apparent, they have now become teachers for Jagers and run classes in Halifax & Huddersfield

Their sense of humour and friendly personalities are invaluable to the school.

Neil Crossley; Master of Ceremony

Neil himself has a vast knowledge of dance and is a fully qualified teacher as well as owning his own hairdressing business in Bacup where he was the hairdresser of former World Champions Marcus & Karen Hilton MBE. Through Marcus & Karen we met Neil and he has been a very good friend and advisor for our business.

Along with his professionalism and charm, Neil makes sure all events are run smoothly and are always kept to a high standard.
